Term & Conditions
All use of our Website and purchases made on this Website are governed by these terms and conditions. After placing an order via our Website, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy products.
Subject to our cancellation rights set out in below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us will take place when we dispatch the Products to you. After the Contract has been formed you will be sent a dispatch confirmation via email.
Homefield At Home wants you to be happy and satisfied with our product. If you feel that for any reason our services or products has not met your required standards, please contact us on 01536 712219, or email us at email@example.com and we will ensure that your feedback is investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
If you have decided to cancel your order, you must give us a 72 hour notice period. As we deal with perishable produce, it will not be possible for Homefield At Home to offer you a refund for cancellations made after this period.
Changes to Orders and Prices
Where applicable our products are shown as inclusive of VAT. Homefield At Home reserves the right to alter the prices on our web site accordingly without prior notice.
If our products are unavailable for whatever reason, Homefield At Home will contact you regarding the situation and you will be offered an alternative date, or a full refund.
Due to fresh produce supply, sometimes we may have to substitute juices to meet the order.
Cut off time for orders will be 12noon every Tuesday for delivery on Thursdays.

Homefield At Home has partnered with Klarna Bank AB(publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, to offer you the following payment options.

Our product is delivered by DPD Local and we are governed by their delivery availability to mainland UK. If your postcode is not listed on DPD’s delivery routes, your order may be cancelled and your monies will be refunded accordingly.
Our products, Detox In a Box and The 3 Day Real Food Detox will be delivered frozen and must be defrosted before usage when you are ready to start your detox programme. If you are not home at the time of delivery, DPD will leave your parcel at your property.
If DPD are not able to honour their delivery time and date to you because of reasons outside of their control, such as bad weather, strikes, van breakdowns, traffic congestion etc, Homefield At Home cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes.
We ask that you take responsibility to examine and inspect your detox box on receipt of its delivery. If there are any damaged items or there are any defects with the detox products, you will need to notify us on the day of its delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to let us know on the same day will result in Homefield At Home reserving the right to refuse refund, neither will we replace your purchase.
We are not responsible for any delivery issues or non delivery of any items resulting from the client inputting any incorrect address information.
We require you to use the produce within the sell by date of each product.
Medical Advice & Health Recommendations
Our detox products have been put together by Naturopaths and Nutritionists. As we are not medically trained, we strongly advise that you seek medical advice with your GP or health care provider before starting any detox programme. Our programme is not suitable for pregnant ladies, or ladies who are breastfeeding.
Homefield At Home does not claim to cure, treat or diagnose any illness.
Our produce has been made in a kitchen that may contain nuts. Allergies are listed on our web site relevant to each product shown.
